Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information
In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of its collection and use has been fulfilled.
Information entered by users for purposes such as membership registration is transferred to a separate database after the purpose has been fulfilled
(or stored in a separate document storage area in the case of paper records),
and is retained for a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws before being destroyed.
Personal information transferred to a separate database is not used for any purpose other than retention, except where required by law.
Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that prevent the information from being restored or reproduced.
